1. No Refund Policy
Some of our WordPress plugins and analysis services are offered under a strict no-refund policy.
Exception:
If a plugin causes errors or crashes on your website immediately after installation, you may be eligible for a refund.
To qualify, please submit a support request via our contact form including:
• A detailed description of the issue
• Screenshots of any error messages
• Relevant log files from your website
Once submitted, our support team will initiate a 14-business-day troubleshooting period to resolve the issue. If we're unable to fix the problem within this time, we will issue a full refund.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plugin purchases, giving you time to evaluate whether the plugin meets your needs.
If the plugin doesn't work as expected or isn't the right fit, you're entitled to a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of your original order date.
This guarantee applies only to the first month of any monthly subscription. Renewals are not eligible for a refund.
No refund requests will be accepted after 14 days from the order date—no exceptions.
You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
To request a refund, please use the PRO support area inside the plugin or submit a ticket via our contact form and select "Request a Refund" in the form.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly plans can only be refunded during the initial 14-day money-back period or free trial period, if offered.
Renewals of monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before the current billing cycle ends.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are also covered by the initial 14-day money-back guarantee or free trial period, if available.
No refunds will be issued for annual renewals after the 14-day period from the original purchase date.
Please cancel your subscription before the renewal date to prevent future charges.
