Privacy & Cookies
Last updated: July 27, 2026
We respect and protect your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This statement explains when and why we collect personal information, how we use it, when we share it with others, and how we keep it secure. The statement applies when using our website, our products and services, and in all communication with us at Mementor.
When Do We Collect Personal Data?
- When you use our website, we may store cookies in your browser.
- When you contact us via email, phone, contact form, or social media.
- When you, as a representative of a company, request a quote, enter into an agreement, or contact us for user support.
Why Do We Collect Personal Data?
We use personal data for sales, digital marketing, customer service, and to deliver services you have ordered.
Your personal data may be used to send you newsletters and relevant information by email (you can unsubscribe at any time), contact you in connection with sales activities where there is a legitimate and mutual interest, send information about events you have signed up for, respond to your inquiries via contact form, email, phone or chat, prepare documents such as contracts, order confirmations and invoices, inform you about services you have ordered (such as downtime and system messages), and request feedback on our products and services.
What Personal Data Do We Collect?
We collect name, email address, phone number, and possibly the company's name and contact information. If you are a representative of a company, we link your information to this company.
We may also collect feedback and questions from meetings, phone calls, emails, and documents. From the website, we may collect IP address and actions.
We do not store or process sensitive personal data such as social security numbers.
How Long Do We Keep the Data?
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as required by legislation.
For customers and suppliers, we retain information as long as the customer relationship lasts, and thereafter in accordance with the Accounting Act (5 years). For potential customers, we retain information for up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
You can at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
Do We Share the Data With Others?
We only share your personal data with third parties when necessary to deliver our services, or when required by law. We may share information with suppliers who help us deliver services to you, and public authorities when required by law.
We enter into data processor agreements with all third parties who process personal data on our behalf, to ensure that your information is processed in accordance with privacy legislation.
Cookies
We use cookies in two categories. Necessary cookies are required for the website to work and are set without consent. Marketing is used to measure the effectiveness of our ads in Google Ads, and is only set if you accept it.
The first time you visit the site, you choose whether you accept marketing. Before you make a choice, only necessary cookies are set. You can change your choice by deleting the cookies for this site in your browser. See also how to manage your cookie settings.
The marketing cookies are set by Google. Read how Google processes data in Google's Privacy Policy.
To see how many people visit our pages, we use Ahrefs Web Analytics. The tool sets no cookies and collects no personal data. It records which page is viewed, where the visit came from, approximate location, language, and what browser and device are used. Your IP address is used to determine approximate location, but is not stored. Because the tool stores nothing in your browser, it does not require consent, and it is therefore not part of the choices above.
Our Legal Basis
a) Consent: Collection based on consent will be logged in our systems. We can market our products and services to people who have consented to this.
b) Written agreements: We use personal data to fulfil our obligations related to contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers.
c) Legitimate interests: We may use personal data if they are of legitimate interest, and if they do not override the person's interests. This applies especially to sales and marketing purposes.
Your Rights and Preferences
You have the right to access personal data we have stored about you, correct inaccurate or outdated information, request deletion of information that is no longer necessary, withdraw consent to store and process information, have personal data disclosed and forwarded to another data processor, request restriction of processing, and complain to the Data Protection Authority if you believe that our policies violate the law.
You can contact us to exercise your rights via our contact page.
Security
We take the security of your personal data seriously and follow industry standards to protect data against unauthorized access and loss. Our systems are protected with firewalls and encryption to prevent privacy breaches.
