Artificial Intelligence (AI) Guidelines
Last updated: May 28, 2025
These AI guidelines are created for our employees and are openly displayed on our agency website to provide customers and other users with insight into how we work with artificial intelligence. The goal is to ensure quality, responsibility, and transparency at all levels.
Scope
The guidelines apply to the use of AI tools in all phases of content production, from text and inspiration to images, code help, and more. All employees, freelancers, and partners must follow them.
Approved Tools
- ChatGPT (text and draft creation)
- Midjourney, Leonardo.ai, or DALL·E (image inspiration)
- GitHub Copilot and Windsurf (code assistance)
- Translation APIs (language adaptation)
- ElevenLabs (Text to Speech API)
1. Human Control
AI is only support. All final text, images, and code are manually reviewed by a responsible editor or developer.
2. Transparency
When AI contributes beyond simple proofreading or translation, we clearly mark it in documentation or modal windows.
3. Quality Assurance
All AI drafts are reviewed for professional accuracy, credibility, and compliance with our professional profile.
4. Responsibility
It is always a human who has the final word and full responsibility for what is published.
Privacy and Security
Customer data, confidential information, and personal data should never be entered into AI services without approval from management.
Ethics and Copyright
We avoid biases, discriminatory content, and infringement of third-party copyright. AI inspiration for images is used only as a foundation for ideas.
Training and Improvement
All employees receive regular training in new AI tools and practices. The guidelines are reviewed at least annually.
