What does a Service Level Agreement cost?
Our agreement costs $150 a month with monthly billing, $125 a month with half-yearly billing and $112.50 a month with yearly billing. The content is the same regardless: hosting, backups, updates, monitoring and support. Setup and migration are free.
What is the difference between an SLA and ordinary web hosting?
A web host gives you server space, the rest is up to you. A Service Level Agreement gives you the server space plus the people: we update, monitor, back up and help you when something happens. Web hosting is cheapest on the day everything works. The SLA is cheapest on the day something does not.
What happens if my website goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us automatically, often before you notice anything yourself. We start troubleshooting right away and fix critical errors the same day. You do not need to keep watch, that is our job.
Can you run a website you did not build?
Yes. We take over WordPress and WooCommerce sites built by others, and always start with a technical review so we know exactly what is under the bonnet. The migration is free and happens with no downtime.
Is hosting included in the agreement?
Yes, everything is gathered in one agreement: hosting on LiteSpeed servers, daily backups, updates, monitoring and support. You do not need a separate web host on the side.
Do I need an SLA if my website is brand new?
Yes, perhaps most of all then. A new website is like a new car, it needs servicing from day one to stay fast and safe. WordPress and its plugins are updated continuously, often several times a week, and every update you skip is a risk that grows.
Can I edit the content myself?
Yes, of course. The agreement is about the technical side. You have full access and edit text, images and products exactly as before.
Is there a lock-in period?
The monthly agreement runs month to month with no lock-in. If you choose half-yearly or yearly billing, you pay for the period up front and get the discount as thanks. No agreement renews without you knowing about it.
